Providing Asset management to Municipalities, School Boards, Hospitals, Property Management companies and others through out the world. HH (Handheld Computer) Application Development to companies that need sophisticated or Q&D applications interfacing with their enterprise database.
Horwood Consulting Services/(HCSL) - Tax reducton assistance, Business/Computer Consulting/ Lectures, specializing in enterprise web based solutions - applications for the web. Technical vetting for VC's looking at computer technology based startups.Writing and producing of books and articles (mostly technical - computer, photography and others) are now all done through HCSL. Managing development of Web applications: I don't claim to do good look and feel, but I offer excellence in the business processes and work with/manage the artistic people to blend the look and feel. And yes...I do personally all the look and feel of "this" web site so you can't blame the people I hire for my commercial web sites.
	Tico Time -Vacation rental property in Costa Rica. Other properties coming for our clients. Opportunties to get involved by: Buying individual properties and putting them into a rental pool (and vacationing - technically, for tax purposes, you would be checking out your investment) Buying individual properties and retiring in a great climate with great medical and low cost of living. Buying into a property development pool and then sharing in the profits as the project is developed over the next few months. Buying land speculatively with an eye to flipping it in 2 years, or participating in developing it if you prefer. Buying property and building for the RFCE market in the US (high end care for seniors - believe it or not, it can be cheaper for the seniors to live out their lives in Costa Rica and have their family visit them 3,4,5 times a month, and receive far more assistance per person than to do the same thing in the US. All while having 100's of people from your own age, culture and social economic status, or branch out and make 100's of new friends if that is what you prefer (and personally, I highly recommend this - keeping active, growing, learning and making new friends in old age.)

	Photos By Madman - A premium photographic service for families, pets, weddings, magazines and corporations. Specializing in natural style family (including weddings) and pet photography, along with the occasional commercial/magazine work. Photos by Madman is legally a division of HCSL. Photography started for me as a hobby more than 3.5 decades ago and grew into a love. I have been fortunate to have the time available to run a photo business on a part time basis and provide the highest quality work for families, magazines and corporations. Depending on the purpose of the final product I shoot with a variety of equipment ranging from Digital to Omega 4x6 (ie each picture is on a negative or transparency 4"x6" - great for wall sized enlargements!) Currently NOT accepting new clients unless you have a particularily difficult shoot or a very unique wedding. Otherwise, I'm sorry, only existing/past client projects are being accepted.

From time to time when I have told people my current list of projects, someone will ask me jokingly "Is that all?". I replied (honestly) well, actually, no! But none of these are appropriate to broadcast publically right now so... when appropriate, one or more will show up above.
