At the ristk of teasing ... this idea is currently germinating.
I am watering it gently, and we'll see how strong a plant develops out of it.
If you'd like to partner with me on an exciting housing and land development project
in Canada (I would be the prinicple person involved, this is not something that
I am joining with an existing company) let me know and I'll give you more details
when I am able.
And if you are wondering why I would be thinking about this at a time that others
are trying to get out of this market as fast as they can - let me just say that,
while I have made good money in prosperous times - I have done well growing
and positioning my companies during every downturn save one - and that company I
knew was susceptible to that risk, so I wasn't surprised by it.
