Throughout this site, I give information on:

- Who I am, what I think, how I do things.

- Investing. Much of this is generic information on investing and how I invest, in other words: advice. Some of it is specific investments including, from time to time, ones that I am personally investing in.

- What businesses I am building and have built and sold. For some this is boring. For others, I'm told it is interesting. So from time to time I update it..

- Some fun stuff. Jokes and sayings I've collected from the various industries I've worked in. Along with that is a tiny bit of educational material too.

- Personal stuff. With a nickname like "Madman Pierre", I have found a web site the best way to answer the many personal questions I am asked. It includes the true story of how I became known to be called "Madman Pierre" and insight into who you are dealing with if you decide to work with me, invest in me or take any or none of my advice.

- Links. This is an ecclectic collection of links that I think are worth checking out but may not be easy to find (or trust) using web searches.

Throughout the years, Peter has given many speeches and lectures in Canada, US, Europe and the South Pacific on topics such as:

- land investment (I've invested in Canada, US, Mexico, Costa Rica and other countries. I have investments currently in all of these now except the US where I decided to sit the sub-prime out when others were telling me that land would NEVER go down in value.
- financial managment
- time management
- entrepreneurship
- business design
- system design

I have also written books and 100's of articles on many of the above subjects through the years, most that were published in trade magazines.

Speaking of Speaking ... Have you tried Dragon Naturally Speaking? I've been using it for years! I'll be putting up a full review sometime in the next year or so (so, in December 2009 probably.)

I have persnoally been to the Prados del Sol complex in the Guanacaste region, just minutes from 7 wonderful beaches, with more close by. I highly recommend this high end resort. For strange and interesting daily facts, or if you are interested in talking seeing someone who is making the whole internet marketing work, check out my son Shawn's site. In specific: his top 5 work at home marketing web site. While that type of business is not what I focus on, it does interest some people - and if you want to get into that type of business - better to follow in the steps of someone who is actually doing it! it! His site definitely is a better looking site than any of mine ever are. I focus more on the application/information side of the internet and don't worry about the look and feel. Shawn is more interested in the Internet Marketing and Affiliate Marketing side of things and finds that the who look and feel helps his business. It's all a matter of doing what is right for what your objectives are. And, even if you don't care about that - the interesting facts are, well, interesting! And he has some great photos too.
